Acceptance of Terms

Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
Subscriptions
Our Service offers monthly and yearly subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable.
Subscription Adjustments
There are no options for upgrading or downgrading current plans. Subscribing to a new plan will result in the automatic termination of any existing plan without any refund for the unused portion.
Automatic Renewal
After any trial period, subscriptions will automatically renew, and we will charge the subscription fee without additional notice.
Refunds and Cancellations
We accept PayPal, credit cards, Link (Stripe Link), Google Pay, and Apple Pay (the "Payment Methods"). Except as required by applicable law (including any mandatory cooling-off periods or refund rights), all fees are non-refundable. If a recurring payment posts before you cancel, the charge will not be returned; after you cancel, your access will remain active through the end of the then-current billing cycle and will not renew. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, non-use, failure to sign in, mid-cycle cancellations, or plan changes. To avoid the next renewal charge, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date shown in your Billing Account menu; all times are Eastern Time (ET). One-time purchases of downloadable data files are final and non-refundable once delivered; "delivered" means we display or send you a download link, make the file available in your account, or you access or download the file (including via any application programming interface (API)), whichever occurs first. Taxes and fees, including sales tax or value-added tax (VAT), currency-conversion charges, and third-party processing fees, are non-refundable except where required by law. Initiating a dispute or chargeback through your Payment Method (e.g., card network or PayPal) may result in immediate suspension; you remain responsible for any unpaid amounts and reasonable costs we incur responding to the dispute. At our sole discretion, we may issue an account credit (not a cash refund); credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and expire if your account is closed. Requests to reverse mistaken purchases must be submitted within 48 hours; any accommodation is at our sole discretion and, if granted, will be issued as an account credit. If you purchased through a third-party storefront (if applicable), that platform's refund rules govern and we may be unable to process refunds directly. Where feasible, any approved refund will be returned to the original Payment Method; otherwise, we may provide an account credit. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable statutory consumer rights.
