In the following sections, we'll explain the steps you need to take to request account deletion, what happens to your data after deletion, how long the process takes, and important considerations you should be aware of before proceeding.

Please note that once your account is deleted, all associated data-including your saved preferences, subscription history, and any active listings or purchases — will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. If you have any remaining subscriptions or billing concerns, we also provide instructions on how to handle those before requesting deletion.

Canceling Your Subscription on a Computer
  1. Navigate to the 'Billing Account' section
  2. And then click on 'My Subscription.'
  3. From there, select the subscription plan you wish to cancel and press the "Cancel" button next to the 'Action' line.
  4. The confirmation text stating, "Your subscription has been cancelled," will appear on the screen. Remember, you can always "Reactivate" a canceled subscription until its end date without any additional payments.

Please also note that each subscription plan must be canceled individually. Although you've canceled, you can still enjoy all subscriber benefits until the end of your trial period or until the next billing cycle if the payment has already been processed.

Deleting Your Account

Before your deletion, you should know: We never share our users' information with any third parties. Keeping your account will enable you to receive all of our promotional emails, which sometimes offer up to 70% discounts. You will also be able to activate any plan without needing to sign up again.

If you still decide to delete your account from our website, here are the instructions:

  1. From the personal drop-down menu, choose 'Account Settings.'
  2. And then click on 'Delete Your Account.' If the page appears as shown below, it indicates that some uncanceled subscriptions remain. You should navigate to the 'Billing Account -> My Subscription' section or click "Subscriptions" on this page to cancel all your subscription plans.
  3. If the page appears as shown, you can proceed to delete your account by clicking "Delete Your Account."
  4. On the final warning page, if you are entirely sure that you want to proceed, please click the "Yes, I want to proceed" button.

After you click, a confirmation note will be sent to your account email. Once you confirm it, your account will be permanently deleted. If you do not receive our email, please check your inbox later. Some delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control. If you have not confirmed via email, your account will be automatically deleted after 31 days of inactivity.
